outer limits?

Several weeks ago, we had some forest fires in the jersey pinelands. Sometimes I got to work right through the area. Stopped today and took some pictures. Like a scene from another planet....

near perfection

I came home today and inspected my garden- found this almost perfect rose bloom. Too bad you can't smell it as well!
